and lately a lot,
I've been pretty into natural health stuff.
I've been researching it by way of both
studying lots and lots of material
and personal experience.
Tonight I felt I'd write down and share a few basic insights into that field off the top of my head.
You'll find them at the end part of the entry.
If someone finds something there helpful, that's great. Pick and choose!
If there's something in it you want to share further, that's great too.
I just wrote because I felt like it.

_____
First I want to say
I feel bad for not getting back to your messages very much lately, but
I'm not gonna apologise,
I haven't had the right circumstances.
I just haven't been here much.
Even much keener priorities than online stuff
have been put on hold lately.
Sill.
I love you bitches and I want to kiss you with tongues.
I might write you some replies some day.
.
Today a cloud fell upon the city.
It swept through the streets shortly.
It looked really cool.
It was cleansing.
My general speaking voice is changing more.
Sporadically.
I want it to.
Last week I got some
spirulina I had ordered.
The FedEx guy knocked at my door.
My doorbell is broken.
He was
so
incredibly hot.
He made the sun sweat.
I could have jumped his bones right then.
I was so surprised to have this princely apparition delivered to my doorstep,
and had just woken up five minutes earlier
that I didn't
really say much more than an awkward thanks.
I should have
and could have
flirted with him shamelessly or
at least sideways grinned and flashed a canine tooth.
But, just as well,
while the whole delivery guy fantasy could be pretty cool,
now's really really not the time.
I've kinda lost sight of and
given up control over a bigger picture.
It's so good. I more just let it come.
I'm focusing on my next steps,
and that's as it should be.
And, the images,
no,
I'm not becoming a nurse,
that's got nothing to do with my transformation,
it was just playing dress up.
I've youthened.
I'm about 17 now.
Some times a bit younger, some times a bit older,
but 17 on average,
which is pretty good for a 21 year old.
And I'm still going.
I don't think I'll go younger than 14 though, that's my limit.
I'm doing better these past days.
I'm getting back in the zone.
I'm chilling more. I'm in that blissy calm more.
I take things lighter, I'm mostly less flimsy.
I'm back in the awesome lane some times.
The magic zone.
I've started to see the future,
I was never very interested in that,
but now I can often get impressions easily.
I can be really clairvoyant these days given the right state.
I get other impressions too.
And no,
the future is not determined, at all.
It starts to amass before it physically happens,
but it's a probability, a current,
where you can sort of feel, more or less keenly, where it's likely to flow next.
But everything is changeable up until the point at which it has happened,
after which it will exist henceforth,
(now, it is possible,
alternate replications with different outcomes may be fabricated,
however the original event will still exist. But that's another story).
I get impressions of the directions in which global tendencies are going,
I had that especially strongly a while ago.
One impression is
that..
Some of you (us) have been feeling a bit ill or oddly tired for quite a while,
a couple of months even,
this was necessary for a number of reasons that are happening to many people.
The phase is starting go away, and has been for a while now.
It may have been doing this,
going away a bit, then coming back a bit, going away, then coming back a bit again.
But it is passing,
you will feel better afterwards.
Most who are having the experience will be done with it by autumn the very latest.
Many of us are leaving behind our old patterns of being,
relationships may end and social circles and dynamics may shift.
All this and much more
is for the purpose of refreshing and rebuilding something that was flimsy and not really working in the first place,
and replacing something stagnated with something fresh and exciting.
This is a good wave to ride if you want any change,
plenty of time to jump on board, it's just getting going,
the preparation of it is what's been going on for a while.
Global shiftings are not so much about some tides that influence everyone;
no others and no invisible tides have power over anyone,
all ones are free (autonomous), it's absolute,
but rather, similar things happen syhcronistically at the same time.
They're drawn into eachothers vicinity as far as the 'time as place' they appear to occur.
Like this,
larger entities such as the earth,
function as unified wholes,
as mass consciousness,
that has it's own consistent
flow, amassing, tendencies, evolution, trends and so on..
Yeah yeah, I'm a crazy mofo.
_____
* .On natural health and stuff.
1. Get hydrated
Start every day by drinking between 1/2 to 1 liter of water,
or a herbal infusion/raw tea
(in other words you leave some dry herbs to soak in water over night,
for example rosemary and lavender, or nettle and green tea,
or what ever feels right).
Get essential fatty acids,
among other things they're important for hydration,
they help your cellular walls to stay more elastic.
Linseed oil and hempseed oil are my recommendations.
2. Get your nutrients
Start eating chlorella and spirulina (alga) and maca (root)
daily.
Work your way up to about 10 grams of each,
you can divide that to a couple or a few doses during the day.
Chlorella and spirulina (and maca) are foods,
if someone says you can only have a small amount and
'don't go over the recommended dose',
that's bullshit.
Many people, myself included,
take much greater amounts without problems.
Athletes and people trying to recover from illnesses for example
might take up to 70 or 100 grams.
(With chlorella,
you might want to start out with a smaller amount though,
some people's bodies take time to adjust.)
Chlorella and spirulina are very nutritionally dense and so called complete foods,
meaning that they're said to contain every nutrient that's needed by the human body,
amino acids, vitamins, minerals and trace elements,
along with other beneficial components such as chlorophyll and other phytochemicals.
They are mostly protein.
Because their nutritional profile is balanced,
you can have a lot and not overdose on a specific nutrient.
(They're single cell aquatic plants,
and they've been around a while;
before animal life,
probably in the same soup from which the evolution of our bodies originally came.)
Maca also contains a wide spectrum of nutrients,
in addition, it balances out hormonal activity
and promotes a general sense of well being.
(Maca root has been grown and used since ancient times for a variety of things,
I know at least in Peru.)
It's a good idea to start slowly with maca too,
let yourself acquiesce.
It's a bit different from person to person.
Especially start slowly if you feel you have too much 'heat' in your body,
you want to be nice and fluid and supple and semi cool.
Do your own research online,
look at information from several different sources and compare.
Trust your intuitive feeling.
Generic multivitamins are obsolete and for the most part not bioavailable.
Chlorella and spirulina make them entirely unnecessary.
3. Shift your diet
Where ever you're at, clean up your diet a bit.
Don't try so much to avoid stuff, rather go by including beneficial things.
Eat organic and go toward raw foodism,
you don't need to be strict,
just sort of aim at it.
And, go by your feeling,
your body is resilient and adaptable.
In fact, it is that adaptability that is likely to make you have cravings
if you shift your diet very rapidly.
Your body chemistry adapts to what ever you're doing,
so if you suddenly do something completely different,
you'll still be operating in the old body chemistry,
which will be uncomfortable until your body adjusts, which takes a little while.
If the change is big enough,
it can even make you feel physically ill for a while.
For instance,
if you went from a heavy smoking coffee drinker whose diet consists of meat and candy,
to an organic vegan raw foodist over night
it could really upset your system.
But that's not really the case with most people.
More importantly,
if you rapidly change your diet using your willpower,
you'll crave the old 'forbidden foods' for a good while,
and even after your body adjusts and the physical cravings subside,
you might be left with a lingering sort of resentful feeling that
you're denying yourself on your new diet and it's really strict,
feeling nostalgic about those days of glory when you got to eat anything you wanted.
And a nagging chronic habit of feeling bad over something is the unhealthiest of all.
Therefore an inclusion based approach is more natural.
(In fact the whole cosmos operates by inclusion.)
In fairness though,
kick starts have their merits.
And if you feel really inspired,
if something, anything, really really calls you,
go for it.
For an exhausted system,
allow it to rest;
let your diet be nutritious but as simple as possible
and easy to assimilate and digest.
Wake your system gently with refreshing things.
Don't do any rapid shifts.
If your system is congested and stagnant,
poke it with a stick a little to get things flowing,
have your diet be clean but expansive and varied in amounts and as well as items,
mix it up
do some changes and shock it sometimes with something powerfully cleansing.
Try to keep fluids and solids somewhat separate,
in other words;
shy away from eating and drinking at the same time.
It's not so strict,
you can drink a bit while you eat,
just try get most of your drinkin' done
more than 20 mins before or more than an hour after eating.
(And yeah,
observe the water content of what you're eating,
if the water content is high such as with raw fruit and vegetables,
the consistency is pretty good for digestion as is.
If what you're eating is very dry, sure,
have a bit of water with it.
Basically,
within your own comfort of course (don't ignore a feeling of thirst),
just try having a greater portion of your water outside mealtimes.)
Don't only treat a symptom,
look at the underlying imbalance.
The body is a whole,
if you treat one part of it, the whole benefits
(note that by 'treat' I don't mean
suppressing some symptom with a synthetic substance).
If one part or aspect out of balance,
yes, give it special attention,
but you should treat and/or support and strengthen the whole at the same time.
The body functions as a whole,
it repairs itself according to its resources.
If it's generally in great balance,
it will efficiently take care of lesser imbalances.
If the general balance is poor,
the non vital aspects don't get so much attention.
If the balance is extra ordinary,
it might start doing funny things like
suddenly repairing old scars or
spontaneously improving eyesight
or reversing some degeneration associated with aging.
Use herbs.
Read up on herbs and use them instead of drugs when possible,
especially with lesser ailments.
Some of my own favorites are:
Sage.
I've used sage as anti inflammatory and immune supporting.
It calms everything down,
physically but also mentally. It helps with infections too, also colds.
Licorice root.
Has a wiiide variety of benefits people talk about.
It's kind of a general tonic.
I use it as an overall balancer.
Soothes, helps immunity and the endocrine system.
Calendula.
Among other things,
lifts you up,
fights invasions of unfriendly organisms,
supports stomach and skin.
Helps wound and injury healing.
Ginger & garlic
The combo of the two sort of flushes and disinfects the system.
It kills off M&M s - morbid microforms,
a variety of those unwanted visitors in our bodies.
Essential for colds.
They also say it helps to mobilize stored body fat.
Ginger helps with arthritis, but it should not be used if you have high blood pressure.
It gives you a hot sensation for a while.
Lavender & rosemary.
Lavender and rosemary were the tonic of choice for Queen Elizabeth of Hungary,
who, as the story goes, was so rejuvenated by the potion,
that she seduced and married the 26 year old King of Poland
at the age of 72.
If I do, I take it as raw tea in the morning.
It's a bit zen
and it makes you feel, and kind of look, fresh and luminous
after a while of using.
Nettle.
Purifies the blood,
supplies nutrients. It's sort of cooling and cleansing.
Rose.
Mild astringent, gives composure. High vibe, promotes a sense of luxury.
Cayenne.
Burns away and releases stored waste materials, kills some unwanted organisms.
Like a strong stain remover.
Milk thistle.
For liver support. Very useful for people with congested systems, helpful during detox.
The first time I found it didn't quite jive with me to start with, but I adapted and now I can use it as much as I like.
And
there's countless more.
4. Avoid
Stay the hell away from artificial sweeteners especially.
(stevia is okay. It's an herb. I don't really like the taste myself, but it isn't cancerous).
Avoid artificial colours,
and any additives.
Shy away from processed and refined foods such as white sugar and flour,
but, choose sugar over aspartame every time.
While it isn't super healthy per say,
good alternatives are raw sugars, like indian sugar,
agave syrup, or maple syrup.
They still have a whole lot of, well, sugar,
but they kick regular sugar's ass any day.
Be wary of preservatives in food but also cosmetics.
People talk expansively about their toxicity,
but
that's not really a productive place to focus,
so rather,
just avoid them when it's convenient.
5. Exercise and stretch.
Do something preferably every day,
something short morning and evening.
Your body loves to move,
that's why you're in it.
Exercise is the shiny golden promise beyond the rainbow,
on top of the looks part,
over time it makes you feel more vital and alive,
you feel happy and chill more easily.
Stretching is also so important,
keeping everything supple and soft and
giving your lymph and stuff freedom to move,
opening the knots and channels so things can free-flow,
shift and be replenished.
Do some yoga.
Find out how it is to move,
how it should feel,
how it feels like when something's flexin' or pullin' you right,
and make up your own movements.
6. Mindset
Your physical body is adaptable and resilient,
it adapts and responds to your belief about it,
even more so than to the things you do.
It changes itself and its responses in accordance
to your feeling and your expectation.
Even though it does not always seem so,
it ultimately it sees you as being in charge;
so, gradually lead it into an awareness that it can find its balance
and that it has the capacity to do pretty much anything you ask it
and believe it can accomplish.
Also,
your body is a crystalline form of your mind,
the persona you've cultivated, the state(s) of being you've practiced over time.
If something's wrong with it,
also look for a match to the ailment in your mental/emotional sphere.
I wouldn't be surprised if someone who constantly felt really really insecure,
would have brittle bones, weak skin and organs, and get sick easily, for example.
Doing something you love, being really into something, feeling inspired,
feeling a sense of fullness in life, being called forward, feeling passionate,
like a child when they find something they really get into,
will definitely, without a question
have a dramatic effect on your physical health, your vitality,
and your appearance.
It's absolute.
On its own,
it can go as far as reversing physical conditions or
bring a full halt to symptoms that you might have lived with for years;
yes, really.
I say this from personal experience.
Don't do guilty things.
If you make a choice,
line up with it and own it.
Health wise,
the guilt you might have for doing something by your standards unhealthy,
is far more detrimental than the action itself.
If you have something really 'unhealthy'
say to yourself something like
"It's okay for me to have this,
it won't kill me, it won't set me back much,
I can deal with it, my body can deal with it.
Guilt isn't on the ingredients list,
it's guilt free!
I've decided to have this, and that's okay, I'm allowed to."
or
"I won't do any exercise today. It's okay to miss a day or two.
I should follow my feeling. I've decided to rest today. "
And so on.
Instead of all that "I really should/shouldn't...but..I really should/shouldn't...but.."
Just own it.
Find self worth.
Don't give a fuck what other people think about you and your choices,
only ever listen to your inner knowing,
only ever be true to your self.
Be okay with where you are.
It's okay, in fact it's natural for you to not be complacent
and satisfied and fulfilled in the sense that
it's natural for you to always be going somewhere;
because
life is a journey,
it's inevitable that you go somewhere,
in fact you can't stay still.
You're not going anywhere.
You never arrive.
They've said for thousands of years -
"It's the journey, not the destination.. They joy is in the journey.." And stuff.
Every goal is temporary.
Yes you are going to some new lovely place,
and you're going to pick up some nice new gear there, or a shiny new thing,
or a new friend,
and it's right that you would be exited about going there,
it's right for you to want to go there and have those things,
but
what I mean is,
in the mean time
stop for a bit and smell the flowers on the roadside,
there are always some.
Take time to notice the intricate play, the unfoldment that
the scenery around you is so delicately and precisely organizing right here right now
just for you,
if you only choose to look at it.
So, bottom line -
while you're going where you're going,
do your best to find things that you like about where you are.
It will also get you where you're going
a lot faster.
Most important of all;
- nothing is nor can ever be more important:
Bask.

Thank you for lending those ribs and spines. It was all the helpful!
I sure do hope that you don't think this comment is spammy, but I've got a project you might like.
The account is where you can read parts of a story that my friend and I are writing.
We would love some feed back - if you have the time.
I must let you know what there is some serious adult content (malexmale) and harsh language.
But, who doesn't love that stuff anyway?
Thanks!

I'm rather full of some basic patterns of androgynous people (emo teens, emo teens with only patternatic mind and cloths, manga culture, japaneese visual music band and such) and people expressing themselves with food. You can imagine me as a rather prehistorical guy.
However I notice some strange and interesting points with the image of you. Some emo teens like to go extreme when taking pics of themselves : sometimes they put blood on them, on other people, on walls and sometimes they throw their "really" depressive feelings all around and such (You know the typical "cliché" a guy like me would make). Instead of this I noticed : showing family a lot and total acceptance, keep quite simple behaviour on the published media, some military food management and some various art inspirations (psychedelic hippie, sopor, and some other i will have a hard time to put a name on). To sum up, some paradoxal ideas. And I'm really happy to find someone far from some modern street culture and taking the step of reflexion to offer something deep enough not to be analyzed in 10 seconds. Please don't take all this as an insulting comment or such, this is only my lack of knowledge and I explain things in their simplest shape.
This was quite uninteresting basic analysis but the fact is that it puts me on some way of interest on the historical local and world culture around the idea you depict. As a prehistorical creature, I only notice some background psychological acceptance of andgrogynous forms of life in art in the very machist Japan. I don't take into account "vampires" which only the modern form is of interest and already quite popular. I see also typical description of angels in christianty, elves in northern culture, and some things like this I could have encountered when reading popular stuff. I also know some german/american performers. You see I am currently very simplistic and approximative and this is why I'm more and more interested in this kind of strange sophisticated way of living and so thank you.
I hope I will not be able to capture your "character" and I'm interested to watch you travel the years and see what sort of personal art or philosophical acts could emerge from such experience.
Anyway good luck.
but i think you better take a notice that everything cliche by it's nature, only patterns differs... you may blame some subcultures and people types, but for some one else you too type of pattern that can be plain annoying as well, my be better just let it go? and agree with the fact that everything may be just the way it feels like?
well. whatever...

dead birds fly out...worms and spiders lies within...
I just show some interest in some specific areas chosen subjectively.
I am not interested in the "cliché" or "pattern" thing but it happens that I'm using them as an argument in some particular context. I am interested only in things that I find interesting. I am not interested in knowing that my "pattern" annoys people because I am not interested in myself nor my own uninteresting "pattern". I respect cultures, subcultures and grouping : just imagine a world with every each person different ([link]). I am not "tolerant" because it's cool, I really like popular cultures and I like that people could share some common experiences and I like that some people really enjoy it. I'm a great partisan of culture anarchy(street cultures, subcultures) like the music world today instead of the historical Art hierarchy I noticed.
However "like" and "have an interest" are very different. I like chocolate. I like the subcultures I depicted in the previous post.
And I could understand that you didn't like my previous comparisons and that you did see some intolerance. Just forget it, this is not what I had in mind. Erase anything negative you could find in it.
I hope that you would accept this answer.
I've quoted so many times the word "I"... I don't like that.
