Let me skip the part about how pleasantly your drawing style shocks/scares me, and offer a semblance of interpretation.
My favourite panel is the one where she munches and munches on things with faces. She doesn't know what food is anymore. I can see her trying to eat the pencil as well. (I would recommend the flowers though - they have negative calories.)
The one on the pink background in the middle might be her ideal shape, what she dreams of being like.
Oh well.

her limbs fascinate me. i love how her arms seem to be long fingers with nails, and how many legs she has - like beautiful spider. she wants to be the size of her bones but that made her hunger devour her.
