Blues that I like?
Maybe writing something for it later..

*couchrediculouslegscouch* XD
But I don't think it's a 'pretty picture'.
The elements are interesting.
.....

The concept:

The obvious idea behind this project is to achieve a completely innocent portrayal of bare skin/’nudity’ in the realms of photography. Most usually images containing considerable nudity (in this case though, not complete) are perceived as at least somehow sexual, or forceful in a manner relating to it. In my drawings and paintings I mostly choose not to portray clothes, for the reason of making the image timeless (clothes are usually very time-bound) and usually to emphasize innocence and neutrality. This also removes the image from a social environment, and brings it to a more subjective and (in a sense) ‘introverted’ level.
This is something I would usually never do, but in this case I’m not feeling like the usual “myselfs” at all, and on top of that I do fit the concept I had in mind somewhat (I have a bit less gender and age characteristics than just the average person).
What this project is about, is just extremely subjective. I use some ‘symbols’, but try to mostly communicate with impressions. So concentrate on looking and feeling, rather than analyzing/thinking. Same goes for the poems (I will add poems to the pictures that lack them when I am less tired)
I wanted to go for a feeling of unearthliness and detachedness (colours/textures) , but I still consider many of the images photography instead of photo-manipulation (apart from those that feature more than one me etc.)

Superficial notes:

Most of the images are a couple weeks or so old (as for changes: My (natural hair) hair has grown a bit, I learned to wear it a bit better (it was killed by an evil hairdresser). I think I am slightly thinner now. I changed my nail polish. I’m sick (fever and stuff), I look tired and…sick.). Images are mostly taken in a soft light with a very long exposure time (up to as much as 5 seconds) for a soft look. Mostly avoided light from above and the side for a smooth look with not much emphasize on details of the body (there’s a couple with some side light for a less ‘boneless’ look) I’m not making/going for my prettiest face or pose in every picture, so it’s in a sense more intimate than what I’d like. But it seems I chose to do it that way, any way.
And since someone might ask, the black hair and the longer blonde are wigs. That greyorsomething shortish hair is my own. I do not take full responsibility for it how ever, since it was destroyed by a psycho hair stylist (as stated/complained earlier).
And I know my legs are big and muscular, don’t laugh >_< I walk loads more than anyone would imagine. O.o *walks*

The images are not mature in any sense, and if you’re like…traumatized, it’s for other reasons or something.

I love what you said about clothes restricting a piece of art to their particular era, and the idea of removing them to make things more introverted and subjective. I also like what you said about putting in symbols to match impressions, rather than to make one explicit point. Very cool. You gave a fantastic description of the concept, and, in addition, you have successfully enacted it. Great, great piece.
